Release Notes: This is the first stable release after the 0.6 series from 1999. It includes a few bugfixes to the last development release, and some major changes to 0.6 series. It has support for non-unique private MN home addresses, a surrogate home agent for home networks using private IP addresses, improved policy-based handoff algorithms in MN, support for multi-homed HAs, partial support for AAA infrastructure, a MN port for Microsoft Windows platforms, a number of bugfixes, and various features specified in RFC 2002 that were not supported in 0.6.
Release Notes: AAA interoperability and standard MIP improvements and fixes, namely do not use broadcast ARP to resolve MN's HW address from home address, fixed numerous bugs in AAA-related routines, added preliminary support for home address discovery when using AAA, improved handling of denial replies, allow configuration of alternative HA addresses, added dyn_winadv to make Microsoft Windows port of Dynamics MN able to receive ICMP agent advertisements, added src/tests/aaasimul to simulate FA & HA & AAA infrastructure to test MN, and fixed SHA-1 not to modify data area.
