Version 0.3 of Distributed URL Classification Tool
Release Notes: Stream encryption on connection between connected clients was added. The ability to connect directly between clients was added. A small bug that prevented URLs from transferring properly was fixed. The Web interface was updated to show both categories and tags for quick selection.
