dtangler

Dtangler is a dependency management tool that shows dependencies as a Dependency Structure Matrix (DSM). The user can create a set of rules that describe the dependencies that are allowed or disallowed. Software projects can integrate dtangler to their continuous integration build system in order to prevent the dependency structure from degrading over time. Dtangler can parse dependencies directly from Java class folders, jar files, and from files in a plain text format that is easy to write or generate programmatically. dtangler can manage the dependencies of any set of artifacts.
