Release Notes: Addition of semaphore locking around critical sections, and a fix for a kernel oops bug caused by occasional NULL pointer exceptions during a close() operation.

Release Notes: Pagefault problems fixed. Signal handling during write() has been disabled in order to keep stereo channel inversions and white noise from happening. Memory allocation interlocks have been rewritten. Now uses kernel semaphores for locking rather than simply disabling interrupts.
