Release Notes: This release introduces an updated wizard, which now uses Qt4 and provides more convenience in configuring and running doxygen. It also features a new Qt Help generator, which no longer requires an external tool to postprocess the output. An option had been added that allows configuring the parser that doxygen will use for a given file extension. As always, a large number of bugs have been fixed.
Release Notes: This version adds support for generating Qt help files (qch). The layout of the output can be tuned via a template layout file. New commands were added to support object-oriented C programs. As always, a large number of bugs have been fixed.
Release Notes: A number of new options have been added to further allow fine tuning of the generated output. A large number of bugs have been fixed.
Release Notes: Doxygen now supports VHDL (a hardware description language). On Mac OS X, doxygen brings support for Leopard, Objective-C 2.0, and docsets (introduced in XCode 3). Also, compilation support for 64-bit Solaris systems was added. A large number of bugs have been fixed.
Release Notes: This release internally processes all sources as UTF-8 encoded text, and can recode from any source encoding if needed using libiconv. Support for Microsoft's C++/CLI has been added, as well as support for generating message sequence charts. Specific symbols can be excluded from the output by specifying their name or using wildcards. To speed up the processing time for the various graphs, the size is now limited to a user-specifiable amount of nodes, instead of a maximum size. Many bugs have been fixed.
Release Notes: This release adds support for larger code bases by using the disk for temporary storage of data instead of keeping everything in memory. Build support for VC++ 2005 has been added. An example application is provided in the addon directory, which shows how to use doxygen from within another GPL'ed application. Many bugs have been fixed.
Release Notes: This release added support for parsing and documenting Python code and for using C# compatible XML commands inside comment blocks. A large number of bugs were fixed.
Release Notes: Support has been added for generating group and directory dependency graphs. Memory usage has been reduced. A new command \cond for conditional sections was added. The \f command for including LaTeX formulas has been generalized to support any TeX environment. An option has been added for producing transparent dot images. This release can use an external tool or script to obtain version information per file. Many bugs have been fixed.
Release Notes: The GUI frontend was rewritten to make it easier to configure and run doxygen in a graphical environment. User- defined filters can now be selected based on file name patterns. A couple of minor features have been added as well and a large number of bugs have been fixed.
Release Notes: This release improves support for Objective-C and adds support for Qt properties. There is now an option to avoid generating all output files in one directory. A number of smaller features have been added as well, and a large number of bugs have been fixed.
