Dolibarr is a simple Web application with ERP and CRM capabilities. It is designed for small and medium companies, freelancers or foundations, and can be used to deal with all things you require to manage your activities, such as management of products, stocks, commercial proposals, invoices, orders, members of a foundation, and mailings. A single executable that installs the server and database is available for people with no technical knowledge.

Release Notes: This is a major release with a lot of new features for both users and developers. This new version and the next one are now released under the GPL v3+ license (the previous version was GPL v2+). Among new features, you will find holiday and margin modules, and a lot of fixes. For developers, more Web services are available.

Release Notes: This is a maintenance release with only few minor fixes. It modifies Spanish VAT to new rates, adds an error message when creating already existing product, allows editing of a percentage of an event, has a minor look fix for theme bureau2crea, and fixes start and end date not being saved at project creation. The Default VAT is zero for customer invoices if a company does not use VAT. Localtaxes unit prices precision has been fixed.

It fixes a regression on auto-closing for proposals and orders, hex escaping in descriptions, payment form allowing you to add - -, configured amount for public auto-subscription form not being taken into account, inability to delete a linked file to a deposit, an error while trying to modify a user, and the inability to set a percentage of a started event.

This system is amazing. It's loaded with functionality. The developer is right on the ball when bugs are reported on the forum. Worked with it for a couple of days now and test-riding this project is a joy.

All modules are managable:
- companies (clients/prospects, suppliers, POS's)
- products, services and stock management,
- offers, orders and contracts
- projects, calendar, tasks and time management
- dispatching, interventions
- documents, customs
- accountancy, invoices, costs and payments (such as even Paypal!), cash flow, donations, bank transactions
- export/import
- and much more!

It's really great. Keep it up!
