Release Notes: Several small improvments and bugfixes were made. Support for media files (images, etc.) was improved. Character encoding was changed to UTF-8 everywhere, so it can be used for languages with character encoding different from iso-latin-1. The generation of LaTeX and PDF formats now is done using dblatex. The generation of PDF formats finally works quickly and well.
