Release Notes: An option for more than one CD was added (spanned rips), and there are smaller cosmetic changes (an application icon and tooltips were added, and the "close" button removed to avoid confusion).

Release Notes: The GTK code was ported to Qt 3, and the layout was redesigned.

Release Notes: A "0" audio bitrate option was added for those who wish to calculate encoding rates without audio.

  •  31 Jul 2002 13:01

Release Notes: DivX 4 bitrates and Mp3 bitrates were being worked out with 1024 bits. This was wrong, as they both should use the value of 1kilobit=1000bits. The calculator source has been updated and now works out the correct bitrates based on DivX =>4 and MP3, giving more accurate values now.

Release Notes: All the standard MP3 encoding rates were added to the GUI. Some spelling errors were fixed.

Very good
Simple, direct, useful.
It's little programs like these that are often overlooked even though they can be enormously useful. for example, i encode loads of divx and this is VERY useful to have.

Thanks,
Mike
