Release Notes: DALnet recently changed the meaning of the +r user mode: instead of indicating that your connection has been restricted, it is now used to indiciate that you have successfully registered with NickServ. Release Notes: Authentication code changed so that dircproxy accepts any number of PASS, NICK, and USER commands until it gets all three, at which point you are then authenticated. This is a lot more like the way IRC servers do it. Also fixed are the various problems with the nickname held by your client, dircproxy, and the server being different.
