Release Notes: Lots of bug fixes were made, and several user-suggested issues were sorted out. Lots of new features were added, including configurable logging, a /DIRCPROXY command to manipulate the proxy, a massive clean-up of a lot of the code, stoned server checking, dropping modes on deatch, server passwords, and more. Configurability was greatly enhanced such that any option can go inside a connection class. It's documented properly now too.
