Release Notes: A memory debugging hack similar to electric fence, primitive gprof profiling support (x86 only so far), several small optimizations here and there, and a lot of bugfixes (notably in printf, the regular expressions, and the DNS routines).

Release Notes: This release has reverted to the old behavior where vfork==fork. bsearch has been fixed. The PA-RISC unified syscall is now thread-safe. This release removes vfork and adds alarm to dynamic syscalls. diet-dyn has been fixed to link in dyn_dstop.o and not dyn_stop.o. The MD5 code generated unaligned accesses when passed an unaligned. The "mips" target will again explicitly set endianness to big endian. Compiling natively on a MIPS box should not touch the endianness.

Release Notes: This release includes a lot of additions and fixes. The most important ones are IPv6 DNS routines, a regular expression engine, Sun RPC, realpath, mntent, scandir, and alphasort, integration of libpthread.a in the build tree, getserv*, and optional usage of "domain" and "search" from /etc/resolv.conf. The diet libc can now link openssl, openssh, links, the zsh, busybox, and several popular Web servers.
