DGen/SDL is back

The last announcement was made about 10 years ago, so I think it's time to dust off this page.
I'm the new maintainer, and I've been working on DGen/SDL for a couple of months from the 1.23 codebase.
The current version is 1.27 with many bugfixes and various improvements (hopefully, no regressions). Check it out!
