Release Notes: This release adds support for 11 new formats, a French translation of error codes, new bilinear scaling, a Mathematica interface, some bugfixes, and much more.

Release Notes: This release has support for two new formats: Mac OS X .icns and JPEG 2000 .jp2 files. JPEG 2000 support comes from the library JasPer. The larger (256x256 and 512x512) .icns are compressed with JPEG 2000 compression, so those are also supported. A bug in the previous release for PNG-compressed .ico files that have a palette (non-standard) has been fixed.
