Device::SerialPort

Device::SerialPort is a Perl interface to the POSIX serial and modem routines. Its functionality mirrors the Win32::SerialPort module so that serial routines can be written across platforms easily.

    Release Notes: The version number was corrected in configure.ac. wait_modemlines and intr_count were added to SerialPort.pm, and TIOCMIWAIT and TIOCGICOUNT were added to SerialPort.xs and configure.ac. White space cleanups were made.

      Release Notes: This version added detection of the default OS X serial port name and changed the EOF handling during reads.
