Release Notes: This release introduces the ability to translate UTF-8 encoded Unicode characters in filenames. It also introduces the ability to tune the way that ISO 8859-1 (Latin-1) and Unicode characters get translated. Furthermore, the ability to control what filters get applied to filenames is now available, with several translation sequences preconfigured. uncgi has been removed from the default translation sequence.
