Demish allows mirror maintainers full control over which packages are wanted in their Debian mirror, giving full control over the size of the mirror. It can be used to quickly build a mirror to a laptop or CD, and update computers which don't have a fast internet connection (or any connection at all).

Release Notes: This release is about 5 times as fast as the previous version, supports overwritefiles, and can mirror boot disks and the base packages. It's a lot easier to update a mirror, and easier to set up a new mirror. It can only be run as a normal user (not as root), so if there is a bug, it shouldn't have any dramatic consequences.
