Release Notes: *kick commands have been partially rewritten. A duplicated multichat message problem has been fixed. The Perl handler has been rewritten. ClientBot has been greatly improved. The -hpstat command has been repaired. Duplicated hello/quit messages on the cluster have been removed.

Release Notes: This release fixes compilation problems on *BSD, Cygwin, and SunOS, a compatibility problem with the MacOS X client, and problems in the +me command, VIP privileges, and embedded Python. An anti-fake client system has been added.


Release Notes: In this release, each connection now only takes 1KB of memory, and the "out of memory!" problem occurring when Perl is enabled is now fixed. A welcome private message can now be sent to incoming users, and operators can redirect users directly from DC (without the -redir command).
