Release Notes: This release cleaned up warnings about unused variables, changed signedness, increased the required DBI version, made major changes to event API, and included various bugfixes.
Release Notes: Problems with EXECUTE PROCEDURE and date/time handling have been fixed, as well as some minor bugs. Interfaces have been added to EVENTS (still experimental) and isc_database_info. Date/time values can be retrieved and stored as a localtime() style array. This release fixes the build with newer DBI/Perl versions and compiles again with IB5. There are lots of cleanups and speedups.
