Release Notes: This release adds a mount point option for Darwin Streaming Server. There are a number of JACK related changes, including a fix for some reliability issues when using a Jack source. Finding JACK libraries on Mac OS is easier, and the ability to specify the name of the JACK device created by darkice has been added.
Release Notes: A feature has been added for setting the TITLE comment field for Vorbis streams. A minor bug in IcecCast2.cpp which could have lead to a buffer overflow has been fixed. MultiThreadedConnector::sinkThread() was private and is now public. A fileAddDate configuration option has been added. Support has been added for big endian OSS devices (e.g. Linux PowerPC).
Release Notes: A new possibility to select constant, average, and variable bit rate encoding modes with specifying encoding quality, support for Ogg Vorbis 1.0 final (and removal of support for rc2), and fault tolerance (if one of several server connection drops, DarkIce carries on with the rest of the servers still connected).
Release Notes: The ability to disable lowpass and highpass filtering for lame was added. A local stream dump feature was added. An incorrect vorbis bitrate setting was fixed, as was public stream reporting to icecast directories. DarkIce is now up-to-date with Ogg Vorbis 1.0rc3 and the current CVS version of IceCast2.
Release Notes: Support for unlimited time encoding added.
