Release Notes: The Dark Horse CRM Project is being phased out in favor of the Centric CRM Project. No new announcements will be posted to DH CRM after this one. The latest PDFBox, Lucene, and jTDS libraries are used. Many bugfixes were made.

Release Notes: This release brings major improvements to the Help Desk module, including Asset Management and Service Contracts. A Customer Self-Service Portal was included so that customers can see information that pertains to their accounts. A flexible Contacts Importer was built that will take data from almost any application (Outlook, Act, etc.) and import into DH CRM. Context sensitive help has been updated. A new, free, 5-user binary version is available, which upgrades your existing installation in place.

Release Notes: There is a new Windows version with full installer. A "small" version of the application is available: just the actual Dark Horse CRM war file and basic install notes for those who already have the Java SDK, Tomcat, and PostgreSQL (or SQL Server), and who are very familiar with these applications. All versions are now downloadable (Windows, Linux, full install, and war file only). You can easily run multiple instances of the application on one physical server.
