Release Notes: This release integrates visual HTML diff code. Documents can now contain variables that are substituted during publishing. The source build has been made significantly easier. The repository server now runs on a new Spring-based runtime system, allowing easier development and deployment of plugins. There are various functional additions to the query language, the navigation system, the publisher, etc. There are many smaller enhancements.

Release Notes: Document variants were implemented to support branches and multiple languages. Document tasks were added for automation of batched operations. Installation was made easier. Scripting with JavaScript was enabled. Authentication schemes (such as LDAP and NTLM) are now supported. Multi-value fields were added for management of keyword-like metadata fields. A faceted navigation browser was added for metadata-based exploration. Role management ("groups") was improved. The skinning and publishing mechanism was revamped and improved. Preliminary RSS feed support was added.

Release Notes: An easy-to-use graphical site navigation tree editor was added to define site hierarchies and navigation. User self-registration was added with password and account reminder. A general document commenting facility with public and private comments was added. Support for human-readable URLs was enhanced. Comprehensive support was added for arbitrary-sized document parts (or "BLOBs"), with streaming support both on front- and backend. The database access layer was generalized to easily run Daisy on top of any relational database engine. Full-text indexing support for MS Office formats was improved.
