Release Notes: A number of portability problems have been solved. svscan no longer checks for the sticky bit of a service directory, but checks for the existance of the log directory. multilog rotates the log when receiving SIGHUP. Some new tools were added. svscanboot starts svscan with logging going to the new readproctitle tool. pgrphack runs children in a separate process group. The packaging system has been changed.
