Release Notes: This release fixes two security bugs relating to not following symlinks when checking if it was safe to read the configuration file, and not clearing supplmentary groups when user[.group] was specified. Other changes include optional arguments to -d and -v (default to 1), debug levels changed to 8/9 or 1/2, a fix for a problem with -n and -u options which, when used together, failed to unlink pidfiles, support for root and user pidfiles in seperate directories, and Red Hat, Debian, and Solaris packages are now available.
