Release Notes: The template system was changed to use the Smarty PHP template system. All HTML was cleaned up to comply with XHTML 1.0 Strict. Most HTML formatting was moved over to CSS. PHP code was generally clean up. mysql/mysqli handling was updated. A rich text editor was added (www.fckeditor.net). The database needs to be updated according to the INSTALL file.
