Release Notes: This release adds HTML quotation for old Perl interpreters. It prepares a test for using pack("U",...) in modern Perl versions and the substitute pack_U(...) in old Perl versions. The Web interface to the tool was enhanced: affricate ligatures can now be selected and the Perl initialisation sequence for the selection can be displayed.
