Release Notes: This version now can handle gcc-3.x and put all of its internal "#defines" in the output. This new version also compiles cxref-cpp if you are using a version of gcc-3.x that drops comments on the same line as a "#define". Various bugfixes were made, including not losing the comment or value when C++ style comments follow a #define. It was updated to work with newer versions of flex and the Sun version of yacc. References for local functions with the same name in several files can now be handled. Some extra semicolons were removed from the HTML output. Macros with variable arguments are now handled.
