Release Notes: The latest version is validated against the eclipse testsuite, so all the major functionality of eclipse should now work. Fine grained compatibility flags have been added, so you can make legacy clients see a different view of the server than CVSNT capable clients.

Release Notes: Repository prefixes are replaced by repository aliases (all your repositories should be upgraded automatically on installation to the new format). File locking granularity is now exclusively per-file rather than per-directory. Local mode operations now start a local lockserver as a system tray app on Windows. There is an external CVSNT protocol wrapper for 3rd party clients (extnt). Pre-release of rename support (to be rolled out in the next version). Files or file types may be marked for automatic reserved edit (-kc option).

No changes have been submitted for this release.

Release Notes: An option to pretend to be a Unix CVS server was added. When used with the repository prefix, this improves compatibility with WSAD and Eclipse. Extra unicode encodings are now available. All combinations of UCS2/UTF16 with/without BOM are now catered for. Security fixes were made, and modules2 support was added for more flexible modules, and paving the way for true rename in future releases. This is a test feature currently for those who are interested in the future development.

Release Notes: LSA helper was checked to be as close to correct as possible, and shouldn't crash even under extreme stress. Some of the common code paths were optimized. The PREFIX variable was added for scripts. The lockserver port is no longer public by default (which keeps XP SP2 happy). Setuid changes were made. A global "default" is used in ACLs.

Release Notes: The project is now entering a stabilization phase after the addition of many new features over Christmas.
