        Release Notes: A bug where :pserver: rejected access when the repository path in CVSROOT contained a trailing slash has been fixed. A bug with leaving the cvspasswd.lock and cvspasswd.tmp when enabling/disabling non-existant users has been fixed.

              Release Notes: Virtual repositories code has passed initial testing and successfully works. INSTALL-nserver instructions have been updated and refined. The sswd and cvs passwd commands also work for ordinary users.
