Video Cutter

Video Cutter is a program to cut video sequences and save to disk using DivX codecs (e.g. remove commercials from recorded TV movies). Input file may be AVI (MJPEG, RGB15), PPMs (e.g. output from povray), or RAW (422, 422p, rgb24).

    Release Notes: Support has been added for RAW RGB24 input and multiple audio streams from RAW input. A usable bit rate menu for audio encoding has been added. The command line parameters have been changed to allow better usage. Some minor bugs have been fixed.
