Version 2.2 of cstream

Release Notes: In/Outfile can now be a TCP socket (connect or listen), or an Opensound-compatible audio device to play CD-format files. This release properly supports 64-bit files in Linux/glibc. A tee-to-fd mode has been added to send a copy of the stream to file descriptor 3. This can be used in shell scripts to avoid the need to create a temporary file when you want to filter a stream twice. Instead, copy it and redirect through subshells.
