Release Notes: The manual is now licenced under the GFDL 1.3. The build system was modernized. Minor speed improvements were made.

Release Notes: This is the first public full release of CSSC.

Release Notes: The user's choice of umask is honored. The layout of Info files is now FHS-compliant. BitKeeper files are recognized, and spurious warnings are no longer emitted for its extensions to the file format. A warning is given if an unrecognized "extension" is detected. Support for BitKeeper files is read-only. The "get -e" command now takes notice of the value of the "d" flag.

Release Notes: An sccs.cgi CGI script has been added, as well as more test cases. "val" has been enhanced and documented. The differences between various versions of SCCS have been documented. There are setuid fixes, and various bugfixes for other things.

        Release Notes: This version now compiles under C++ compilers other than GCC. At the moment this has only been tested with the EPC compiler, but not many changes were required for this, so it's quite likely that CSSC will now compile with a selection of other C++ compilers.

          Release Notes: sccs-val is now implemented, admin -r now supports SIDs as well as release numbers (not all SCCS implementations allow this).
