Release Notes: This is a major version release. A .NET version is available. A Free Designer Edition is available. A new formula editor for the i-net Designer enables you to create user defined functions and to quickly switch between formulas while editing. User defined functions can be used in any other formula in the report. A problem finder was added to the designer, which will assist you in finding potential problems in your reports. All major chart types now support gradients.
Release Notes: This version features a new file chooser and a new i-net Designer configuration dialog. They complete the recent major release in terms of better integration of the powerful repository and ad hoc capabilities in the i‑net Designer, first introduced in i‑net Crystal-Clear 10. This makes the i‑net Designer more powerful and feature-packed than ever, without losing its focus and simplicity.
Release Notes: This is a major release that features a brand new ad hoc reporting module which can be used via the Web or Java, an online version of i-net Designer which runs without installation, a reworked prompt dialog with cascading prompts, XMLRPC functions for the report server, and many other things. The setup now supports a headless installation as well as the GUI based installation for easier setups on server systems without a GUI.
Release Notes: It is now possible to host a report repository on a running i-net Crystal-Clear Plus server. Reports can be downloaded from and stored in the repository either by the i-net DesignerXML or the new Online browser. There have been further improvements to the API and the overall behavior of the designer (e.g. keyboard shurtcuts and window positioning). This release also features the new HTML display method, "advanced", which is derived from the JWebEnigne project and now supports absolute positioning of HTML elements.
Release Notes: The remote configuration manager was added. The report file format was improved. New export formats include BMP, GIF, JPEG, and PNG. An advanced HTML renderer was added for text interpretation. Report URL parameters are now disallowed by default. i-net DesignerXML was improved with default values, a report preview, step-by-step tutorials, and a welcome page.
Release Notes: This release adds a lot of new API functions and a new chart function: combined charts. With combined charts, you can display different dataset charts within one graphic.
Release Notes: i-net Crystal-Clear now supports security features like setting report base-directories and report permissions. The chart dialog has been revised completely and the configuration manager comes in a fresh and elegant look.
Release Notes: "ToText" accepts date ranges and detects special ranges such as entire months, quarters, or weeks in the year. If so, an easily readable form such as "January 2006" is used. Reports with errors in selection formulas will cause the report to abort with an error instead of incorrectly either filtering out or showing all records/groups. i-net DesignerXML Parameter Field names and descriptions are translated if they can be found in the user language resources. Line numbers are displayed in the formula editor and the "Go to Line" dialog.
