Customer Request Tracking System

CRTSystem allows customers to submit requests and sends administrators email notifications on request receipt. It is a simple and colorful way of tracking customer requests.

        Release Notes: Color codes were added to easily spot pending and updated requests. Sorting may be done by request submitted, status of ticket, CSR, and customer. The tickets may be searched and may have comments attached to them. The configure.pl script was added to easily configure the Customer Request Tracking System.
