Release Notes: Support for the SPARC architecture has been added. Major components have been upgraded: gcc-4.6.0 and the Linaro versions, linux-2.6.38.4, eglibc-2.13, gdb Linaro version. A new chapter has been added to the documentation, with an in-depth explanation on how to build a toolchain. Numerous minor enhancements have been made, and many bugs have been fixed.

Release Notes: Support for gold and plugins has been added to binutils and gcc. The build procedures for glibc and eglibc have been reunified. Scanning of /etc/ld.so.conf and support for RPATH tags has been added to the cross-ldd. Support for building statically linked toolchains has been added. Major components (gcc, binutils, Linux kernel, glibc) have been updated to their latest versions. The documentation has been updated, and many bugs have been fixed.

Release Notes: Many new component versions have been added (e.g. Linux, gcc, eglibc, companion libraries, etc.). Static companion libraries are now functional. The documentation has been reworked and updated. Many bugs have been squashed and fixed.

Release Notes: A new kernel was added: mingw32. NPTL support for uClibc has been added. Support for the gcc test-suite has been added. Config knobs for gcc have been added to finely tune the gcc build and installation. A generic cross ldd-like tool has been added (for ELF targets). A bunch of fixes for BSD-like system were added. Miscellaneous minor features have been added, and a whole lot of bugs or bugs-to-be have been fixed.

Release Notes: Two new architectures have been added: Blackfin and MIPS64. Building of canadian-crosses has been improved. Experimental support for GCC 4.5.0 has been added. Optimization for size has been added to eglibc (instead of speed by default). The companion libraries can now be built statically, removing the need for the tools wrapper. Many component versions have been added, and associated patchsets updated. Usability and stability has been improved. A lot of bugs have been fixed, some that help building on Darwin on *BSD.

Release Notes: Two new architectures have been added: s390 and m68k. Support for ARM noMMU, THUMB, and interworking has been added. Newlib has been enabled for all architectures (not limited to AVR32). Support has been added for the latest gcc-4.4 series, and many other components' versions have been updated. The documentation has been (slightly) updated. A lot of bugs have been fixed.

Release Notes: Support for gcc-4.4 has been added. Support for Canadian Cross has been added (but is still experimental). The avr32 architecture has been added. Some support for newlib and some MMU-less architectures has been added (currently for avr32 only). Most components have been upgraded to the latest version(s). The documentation has been enhanced and fixed. Many bugs have been fixed.

Release Notes: New components and new versions have been added, including gcc 4.3.x, eglibc, uClibc, Linux kernels, binutils, strace, and ltrace. Bare metal compilers can now be built. The components API has been enhanced. Toolchains are now entirely relocatable. Components' patchsets have been updated. A lot of new subordinate features were added, and lots of bugs were fixed. crosstool-NG can now be installed out-of-place (for packaging).

Release Notes: Fortran and Java are now supported. HTTP and SOCKS proxies can now be used. The documentation has been enhanced. Toolchain components have been upgraded to the latest working versions. A few minor issues have been fixed.

Release Notes: IA-64 support was added. Experimental ARM EABI support was added. A framework for easily adding new architectures is now available. The configuration script has been cleaned up and made functional. Building of some debug tools (DUMA and dmalloc) was fixed. Some glitches were fixed here and there. A very small amount of eye candy was added.
