Version 1.32 of CreEPS

Release Notes: This release adds a method to open new EPS files for writing and two methods to save and load transformations (which are very handy for complex drawings). A few bugs have been fixed, like the unexpected stroking of clipping paths, and wrong picture sizes for the TeX files.

    Release Notes: The project is now distributed under the MIT license. It is wrapped in the namespace 'ns_creeps'. There are fewer warnings when using floats/doubles. There are message handlers for warnings and error messages.
