CrashEcho

CrashEcho is an FTN tosser for a node. It is derived from CrashMail II. CrashEcho supports *.MSG (FTS-0001) and JAM message-bases, Binkley and Amiga-style outbounds, passthrough tossing, built-in areafix, and request forwarding.

            Release Notes: Request has been fixed for forwarding to an auto-removed area. Also fixed are the KEEPAREAFIX feature, a memory leak in jam_ExportJAMNum, and much more.
