      Release Notes: This release fixes a bug that made cpufreq spin forever if there is no socket available and it is started with -m (manual mode). It also fixes some logging in acpi_battery, and is even more silent about non-fatal failures. The plugin acpi_event is now more resistant to acpid dying, and tries to reopen the socket if it loses the connection.
