• Major feature enhancements

Release Notes: PropertyEditor (propEdit.sf.net) has been programmed, and will be released as its own package. It eases translation a lot. The I18N target in build.xml starts PropertyEditor. Serializable classes with ID have been added (Eclipse wanted that). Encoding for Russian has been fixed (with the new propEdit).
