Compiling Coopy to javascript

Using emscripten, Coopy's core library can be compiled to javascript. This allows a new class of web applications for the library. You can play with a crude version of ssdiff in your browser here:

This is experimental, and relies on a feature not supported in Internet Explorer until version 10 (Typed Arrays). Chrome, firefox, and opera are fine.
