CONGO is a Web-based application that helps event managers and meeting planners run small to medium sized events and conventions. It provides pre-registration online services, registrant tracking, report generation, and a full featured badge printing system. CONGO can be used in a hosted environment coupled with an events Web site, as well as at the event for speedy checkins and badging. It has been used to manage events with attendance from 50 to 15,000 registrants.

Release Notes: The 'Link' emails from the public interface were reworked so that future emails are generated via the 'Link-1' template. This template can be edited via the Home->Maintenance->Edit Templates screen.


Release Notes: This release includes a major overhaul of the Coconut administrative interface for CONGO. The UI has been completely redesigned to allow faster navigation and a more up to date look. In addition, many new features have been included in the 2.1 release, including a revamped 'Links' system that allows registrants to register their friends and family, new templates, and better payment systems support.


Release Notes: A discount code mechanism was implemented for registration management. Several interface updates and clarity enhancements were made. A slew of bugs were fixed. Reports were enhanced for better revenue tracking. Some back end module and database upgrades were done.
