Release Notes: This version features Python/Confix code embedded in source files that is evaluated to manipulate the build behavior and new interfaces to pass Makefile.am fragments through to the generated files. The program now generates code to optionally disable building in subdirectories (using the --disable-modulename option), and can disable the use of installed packages (with the --without-modulename option).
