Release Notes: This release makes the scrollbar settings actually work. The French translation was updated, and support for setting the individual colors of the GTK+ theme was added.

Release Notes: The project is now moving in a new direction. It is no longer based on XML files and automatic reading of descriptions from the GConf database. It now tries to be more like other capplets, which should hopefully make it easier to use.
