Nine databases are now supported: Derby, DaffodilDB, Firebird SQL, DB2, Interbase, SQL Server 2000/2005, MySQL 5, Oracle 10g Express, and PostgreSQL.

Release Notes: This is a major release with over 70 major new features, including: a workflow system (Action Plans) in Accounts and Help Desk with a GUI workflow editor; Divisions/Sites; Asterisk integration with inbound screen pops and outbound dialing; Jabber/XMPP integration; LDAP authentication, Help Desk Knowledge Base; Firebird database support; Oracle 10g support; and a Web Services API.

Release Notes: This release adds the ability to rename lookup list items, fixes for a problem where quotes did not print with the configured currency, a feature where the home page calendar now shows project tickets and "My Items" now shows project ticket counts, fixes for language encoding issues, improvements to the HTML message editor, a new "restore from existing backup" option now available during setup, installation now available in German, Apple iCal 2.0 calendar subscriptions support, and fixes for various issues.

Release Notes: When an Activity is completed in Accounts/Contacts or Pipeline, and the due date of the activity is before today's date, the activity was marked as both incomplete and complete; it is now marked as just complete. Previously completed activities will be updated as completed.

Release Notes: This release fixes these problems: When adding a ticket from within a project, the operation could fail with an error message. Projects have the ability to have tickets, but they were not being associated with a contact record correctly.
