Release Notes: Permissions are checked in del.php. and in cms.php. A bug was fixed in the logout script. CAPTCHA images now also work on Debian systems. Some new features were added.

Release Notes: Now you can turn register_globals off. A CAPTCHA (image) validation system is included. A new paging script was added. The tiny_mce WYSIWYG editor was upgraded. The RSS indexer is now more conformant to Web standards. A new session authentication and permission function was added.
