Version 2.31 of GNU CLISP
Release Notes: This is a major new feature release. Several modules have been added (fastcgi, netica, win32), dirkey and syscalls are now modules, FFI has been significantly enhanced, and ANSI compliance has improved in many areas (especially CLOS).
