Release Notes: This release fixes many bugs, like failed assertions, issues with splitting of long messages, and segfaults in OTR code. Verbose kept resetting the verbosity to 0, and invisibility had stopped working; these have been fixed. Several commands should do something useful without arguments.
Release Notes: This is another bugfix and translation update release. Brazil is now added, and Japanese is now as good as complete. No new features have been added, but several bugs have been fixed, in particular problems with messaging when one side is DND or OCC, and the status encoded in type-2 messages. Also, some problems with encodings were fixed, and it now compiles by default agains any iconv() it can find.
