Release Notes: This release contains an initial port to Windows using MinGW. Also included is some new networking code, making it easy to implement RPC style servers in C (useful for highly scalable hosted applications which have many special purpose servers for speed, but doesn't need the overhead and other benefits of XMLRPC/CORBA/etc).
