Release Notes: This release fixes a security bug that affects APOP users. If you're using APOP for POP3 authentication you are strongly advised to upgrade. It also fixes saving of the loaded plugins when quitting the Plugins dialog via the WM's [X] button, and fixes occasional encoding issues when saving mails or parts of mails.

Release Notes: Buffer overflows in the address book's 'Import LDIF/Mutt/Pine file' functions were fixed. This was a security hole that only affected these address book import functions, but it is recommended that everyone upgrade. libEtPan! 0.40 is now required for IMAP4 support. GnuPG signature checking is now non-blocking.
