Claws Mail is a GTK+ based, lightweight, and fast email client. Almost all commands are accessible with the keyboard. It also has many features such as multiple accounts, POP3/SMTP/IMAP/NNTP support, OpenSSL, GnuPG, and LDAP support, a plugin system, spell checking, filtering, Actions, spam and virus filters, an address book, internationalization, and much more.

Release Notes: Filtering/procesing matcher expressions were extended. The user manual was updated. The translations for Brazilian Portuguese, Czech, French, German, Hungarian, Indonesian, Japanese, and Polish were updated. A fix was made for GTK+ 2.18, and several other bugs were fixed. A new Python plugin was added to the Extra Plugins package.

Release Notes: Spell checking has been added for the subject in the Compose window. When replying to signed and/or encrypted mail and the preference to sign and/or encrypt is set, the original mail's privacy system is automatically used, if available. If a text/calendar attachment is present in a message, it is automatically selected if a suitable plugin (i.e. vCalendar) is available. The manual has been updated. The Brazilian Portuguese, Czech, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Hungarian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, and Swedish translations were updated. Several bugs have been fixed.
