All releases of ClamFS

Release Notes: This release fixes memory leaks found by valgrind and a build problem with the current GCC version.

Release Notes: A new "check" option was added to allow you to mount a ClamFS file system when clamd is not available, such as during an early stage of the boot process. The "readonly" option was added to the filesystem options allowing you to create a read-only protected file system. Negative scan cache was implemented to cache information about infected files and avoid re-scanning until file change. Finally, ClamFS has filesystem statistics that allow you to monitor and tune its performance.

Release Notes: The nonempty option was added to allow mount in a non-empty directory.

Release Notes: The newly implemented extensions whitelist and blacklist add the ability to scan some dangerous files even they are bigger than the limit, while not scanning text files and so on. Logging has been improved (user name, UID, process name, and PID are logged now). Files are excluded from anti-virus scan if they are too big. A sanity check of configuration options has been added.

Release Notes: Basic functionality is currently stable. Mail notification has been implemented. The LRU cache is finished. Three logging methods are available (stdout, file, and syslog) with both verbose and non-verbose targets. Using threads and running as a foreground or background process is now a run-time configuration option. Scan requests are now serialized by default. Many bugs have been fixed.

Release Notes: Configuration is stored in XML files. ScanCache (LRU with time-based and out-of-memory expiration) was implemented, which speeds up file access.
